Terms Of Service

By commissioning me, you automatically agree that you have read and understood all of my terms and conditions. You are expected to comply with these rules every time you purchase a commission from me. Failure to do so may end up in you being blocked and/or blacklisted from working with me in the future.

I am not responsible for any inconveniences that may occur if you have not read the entirety of my terms of service before deciding to commission me. My terms of service are subject to change without notice at any time.

1. GENERAL TERMS

1.1 Make sure to have proper picture references of what you want me to draw ie. clear character references with colors, desired pose for the character(s), references of props/background if you wish to have either one of those.

1.2 You're purchasing a digital file, not a printed illustration.

1.3 I have every right to decline the commission if something is making me uncomfortable.

1.4 You can use your commission as reference for another artist with proper credit.

1.5 Once illustration is finished, I can only adjust small details. If there are changes that require me to redraw whole parts of the illustration, I have the right to charge you for them.

1.6 There will be two versions sent on your way, one full resolution and other is smaller version which you can repost with credit. These will be sent to you either over email or Discord.

1.7 It will take me 3 to 5 days to finish your commission. If for a reason or another it takes me longer to finish it, I will let you know right away.

1.8 Please don't try to negotiate/bid/offer me anything other than the price I've set. Please don't ask for requests or free art.

1.9 I am not responsible for lost commissions, so make sure to save it somewhere you can find it easily.

2. PAYMENT

2.1 I accept only Euros through paypal, if you're using other currency please make sure to use converter so you know how much I am charging.

2.2 Invoice will be sent to you AFTER we've discussed and confirmed everything.

2.3 Payment must be made within 24 hours of sending the invoice. I won't start working until that is done.

2.4 No refunds will be made, unless I am unable to finish your commission.

3. TERMS OF USE

3.1 You may not trace, edit or make profit with the commission. (CC BY-NC-ND)

3.2 However, referring to 3.1, you can use the illustration as a banner and/or icon.

3.3 As the artist I have full rights of the illustration, therefor I may share it and/or promote myself with it on any other platform, credit will be given.

3.4 If you want to make minimal edits ie. add a background on transparent illustration (for banners and/or icons), make sure to contact me first and ask me about it.

WHAT I WILL DRAW

- max 3 characters per illustration

- humanoids

- anthros

- original characters and fanart

- simple/not too detailed props

- sfw suggestive art ONLY FOR CHARACTERS OF LEGAL AGE.

WHAT I WILL NOT DRAW

-"can you draw in x style" kind of commissions (if you're not happy with the style I am drawing in, I am not your artist to work with)

- hate art any kind of

- kinks

- nsfw

- (this should go without saying but) pedo/incest/r*pe etc.
